We provide our nursing expertise to clients, owners, and caregivers of Adult Family Homes and Group Homes in the state of Washington.
We serve King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Thurston counties.
We support aging, dementia/Alzheimer's, developmentally disabled, and mental health clients with:
- Placement in an Adult Family Home
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
We are also licensed with Washington State DSHS to provide ongoing support to Adult Family Homes, Group Homes, and their clients:
- Nurse delegation
- Caregiver training
